Curious Kids Video Club is a fun CCA for lower primary students where children watch age-appropriate educational videos and take part in guided discussions to build curiosity, listening skills, and understanding.
Led by the National Honor Society, The Mentor Mentee Club is a student-run CCA that aims to teach, guide, and most importantly member elementary school students. Every week our goal is to help mentor the students that struggle in school, mental health, emotional health, behavior issues and anything necessary. With the success of last year, we hope to continue helping out all elementary school students in the CCA.
The Drawing Club is a creative space where students explore drawing through fun and engaging activities. Children will learn basic drawing skills, experiment with different techniques, and express their ideas with confidence.
All skill levels are welcome, and students will develop creativity, fine motor skills, and artistic confidence in a supportive environment.
We are pleased to introduce the CCA Ballet Class (Beginners), designed for students who are new to ballet or have little to no prior experience. This beginner-level ballet programme focuses on building a strong foundation in classical ballet through a fun, supportive, and structured learning environment.
What students will learn:
- Basic ballet positions of the feet and arms
- Fundamental ballet movements and steps
- Simple barre and centre exercises
- Musicality, rhythm, and coordination
- Proper posture, balance, and flexibility
Classes will also help students develop discipline, confidence, body awareness, and grace, while encouraging self-expression through movement.
I am excited to introduce an extracurricular reading activity focused on non-fiction books! Students will explore real-world topics, learn interesting facts, discover new ideas, and make sense of the world around them — while building strong reading and research skills and a love for learning.
"Let's draw" club is a fun and creative club for 1st and 2nd grade students who enjoy drawing and expressing their ideas through art. In this club, students will learn how to draw easy and simple pictures step by step, starting from basic shapes and lines.
This creative activity acts as a form of art therapy that helps individuals connect with their inner world, balance emotions, and achieve a state of calmness.
The activity helps students recognize letters and familiar words, practice reading from left to right, and improve focus. It builds confidence and encourages enjoyment of learning English in a fun and supportive way.
Students will be drawing a picture while watching a video that shows steps one by one.
Origami is the fun art of folding paper to make amazing shapes, animals, and objects—no scissors or glue needed! In Origami Club, students will learn how to turn a simple square of paper into creations like frogs, flowers, birds, and more. Along the way, kids will build patience, focus, and creativity while following step-by-step instructions. Origami Club is a relaxed, hands-on space where everyone can learn, make mistakes, and be proud of what they create. All skill levels are welcome—just bring your curiosity and imagination
Students will learn Portuguese in a fun and easy way. They will learn basic words, colors, numbers, and greetings. Classes include songs, games, and drawing activities.
LEGO Club is an engaging, hands-on program where kids build creativity, problem-solving skills, and friendships through themed, collaborative, and open-ended.
Mindfulness Monday is a Co-Curricular Activity designed to help students start their week with intention, calm, and improved focus. These sessions focus on reducing stress, promoting mental well-being, and developing emotional regulation through practical, short exercises.
Wednesday
This after-school program supports students in developing social-emotional awareness, including understanding emotions, appropriate behavior, and respectful interactions. Activities are designed to promote empathy, self-regulation, and positive peer relationships in a structured and supportive setting.
The Language Fun Club introduces young learners to different languages through songs, games, stories, and hands-on activities. Students will learn simple words, greetings, numbers, and everyday phrases from various languages in a playful and supportive environment.
This club focuses on building listening skills, confidence, cultural awareness, and a love for languages—no reading or writing pressure required. Through movement, visuals, and repetition, children develop curiosity and respect for different cultures while having fun learning together.

The creative makers space is a time for students to use their imaginations and discover their own creativity. Through guided projects and open-ended ideas, children will build fine motor skills and gain confidence expressing their own ideas. This class encourages problem- solving, patience, and creativity.
The Chess CCA is a fun and engaging enrichment activity designed to develop students’ thinking skills, concentration, and sportsmanship through the game of chess. Suitable for both beginners and students with prior experience, the programme focuses on learning through play, practice, and friendly competition.
To foster artistic expression, (typically aged 6-7) enhance technical skills, and build community through collaborative, hands-on projects.
Students will get a chance to learn yoga poses and do light exercise.
Students explore creativity through connect-the-dots artwork, developing patience, focus, and an appreciation for visual patterns while transforming simple dots into complete designs.
In Coloring & Mindfulness Club, students will relax and enjoy calm activities like coloring, drawing, and quiet games. The club helps children practice focus, creativity, and simple mindfulness skills while having a peaceful and fun time together.
Students will watch movies and write reviews of the movies we watch together.
Paper Craft CCA is a fun, hands-on club where young students create simple and colorful art using paper. Through cutting, folding, gluing, and decorating, students develop fine motor skills, creativity, and confidence.
Follow-Along Drawing is a fun art activity. Students draw step by step with the teacher. This helps students improve drawing skills, creativity, focus, and patience.

Improve your penmanship by learning how to write in cursive
The Mini Business Club introduces students to basic business and entrepreneurship skills. Students learn how to generate ideas and turn them into simple products or services while developing creativity, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. By the end of this CCA, students will have a small project running or a clear plan to launch one.
In Historical Film Club, students will watch fun, age-appropriate movies and short documentaries about history. The films are kid-friendly and help students learn about important people, events, and life in the past in an engaging and enjoyable way.
The Homework Helpers Club is a student-led space where Elementary students receive assistance with schoolwork and homework through mentoring and tutoring. Students work collaboratively, ask questions, and support one another while building confidence in their learning. This club promotes responsibility, cooperation, and academic growth in a supportive environment.
During silent reading, students will identify up to three new or interesting words from their book and write them down. After reading time, students will share their selected words, including what they think each word means or how it was used in the text. This activity builds vocabulary, comprehension, and confidence in explaining ideas to others.
This club is an educational co-curricular activity that will teach students to learn about one country each week. They will learn the country’s traditional celebrations, clothing, foods, and simple greetings, flag, location. And each lesson they’re gonna draw the flags, foods, and traditional clothing. This club will help students to develop culture awareness, curiosity, and respect. In addition, this club connects to social studies so they will understand their lessons more!
Students from Grades 3-5 will learn the rules on playing Dodgeball as they develop their various physical skills such as agility, stamina, endurance, among others; while exhibiting camaraderie and sportsmanship.
A Comic Book CCA is a club where students create their own comics—from idea to finished pages. They don’t just draw; they invent characters, write stories, and learn how visual storytelling works.
A supportive, creative space for young people aged 8–10 to explore, develop, and share their voices through poetry and spoken word.
This is a chance for girls to practice soccer in a somewhat informal setting designed to promote time playing.
Working with the House Captains to plan Assemblies and other important events.
ASU Voices is a student-centered podcast CCA designed for upper elementary students. In this activity, students will create short audio episodes that share real stories, reflections, and ideas about school life, relationships, and positive choices. Built on the belief that your voice matters, ASU Voices provides students with a safe and supportive space to be heard. Students will learn that their experiences, thoughts, and feelings are valuable and that sharing them can help build a kinder, more respectful, and more connected school community.
This program supports students in expressing their thoughts and emotions through guided journal writing and drawing activities. Students will develop emotional awareness, clarity of expression, and confidence in communication within a respectful and academically supportive environment.
This CCA focuses on creating the Yearbook pages, also creating photo collage banners and a video for the Grade 5 graduation ceremony.
Needle Felting is a fun craft activity. Students use special needles and wool to make small toys, animals, and decorations. This CCA helps students relax, improve hand skills, and be creative. No experience is needed.
