ASU Granted Six-Year Full Accreditation
We are proud to announce that the American School of Ulaanbaatar has been granted a Six-Year Accreditation Status—the highest level awarded by the Accrediting Commission for Schools, Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).
WASC is a globally recognized accrediting organization in the United States. As part of the accreditation process, a Visiting Committee spent four days in March engaging with our teachers, students, parents, and administrative staff following a comprehensive two-year Self-Study.
The Self-Study process is a vital part of continuous school improvement, focusing on reflection, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on student achievement. It promotes excellence in education and recognizes schools that meet high standards of quality and performance.
