1. The registration fee is one-time payment and non – refundable.

2. The uniform is compulsory.

  • Primary and Middle school students (Gr. 1- 8 ) will be wearing Red uniform.
  • High school students (Gr. 9 – 12) will be wearing Navy Blue uniform.

Terms and Conditions

1. ASU Finance office will issue an Invoice.

2. The tuition fee can be paid on a semesterly basis:1st semester (1 September 2009 – 29 January 2010) – Deadline of payment is before 28 August, 2009.2nd semester (1 February 2010 – 16 June 2010) – Deadline of payment is before 29 January 2010.

3. Payment can be made:

  • By cash – to ASU Finance office
  • By Bank Transfer to following bank accountName of the Receiver’s Bank: Mongolian Post bankName of the Receiver Organization: American School of UlaanbaatarAccount # for US Dollar: 10000019709Account # for Tugrik: 100000197084. When payment is to be made in Mongolian Tugrik, the Mongol Post Bank rate of that day will be applied.

4. Please indicate the STUDENT’S FULL NAME and GRADE on the remittance note to facilitate prompt and accurate recording. Kindly fax a copy of the remittance note to ASU Admissions Office at 976-11-348888.

5. We have 3% sibling discount offered for the second and third child of the family.

6. Placement of your child will be guaranteed upon receipt of full payment of fees.

7. $ 5 Late Payment Fee per day will be charged against overdue tuition fee.

8. All returning students’ place is guaranteed by book deposit 10. Parents are to purchase consumables at the end of each school year

REFUND POLICIES

The Tuition Fee is refundable when a student withdraws from the school. Written notice of withdrawal signed by parents must be submitted to the Office in order to obtain a refund of the tuition fee. The amount of the refund will be 75%.2. The book deposit will be fully refunded if all books and locks are returned in good condition. Deductions will be made for damaged or lost books.
