About ASU

The American School of Ulaanbaatar (ASU) is an international school located in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. ASU opened its door to students in 2006. It is one of two Pre-K through to twelfth grade international schools in Mongolia. ASU graduates attend universities and colleges in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Austria, China and many other countries. ASU is accredited by Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) to ensure our operations and educational programs have high standards which support student learning.
